4-5 pound Bone-in Pork Butt
2 T salt
1 T pepper
1 T onoin powder
1 T cayenne pepper
2 T paprika
1 T dried thyme
1 T garlic powder
Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce
Mix all spices together in a small mixing bowl.
Sprinkle seasoning mixture evenly over all sides of the meat. Place meat in a pan or dutch oven and cook @ 275 degrees for 6-8 hours until meat falls off the bones. Remove all meat from bones and shred. In a saucepan heat BBQ sauce and toss in some pulled pork. Cook it all day on low in a crock pot.
